Fabulous Friday

LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!!!!!! I'm going to have to make this. I love everything to do with Halloween. It's the most magical time of the year.
It didn't have a working link but I'm thinking an old mask and twigs and leaves and a ton of hot glue? Yes, No?
I'm so happy!!!! You are so happy!!!! IT'S HALLOWEEN SEASON!!!! What is your all time favorite Halloween decoration? What is your all time favorite Halloween costume? Mine was the Star Trek costumes Den and I wore one year. Yeah, I was Janeway and Den was Worf.
Happy, happy, happy,
Sonya Ann

You'd prolly have to redo the leaves every year on it but no reason you couldn't save it to reuse every Halloween season.

I bet you hang around those pop-up seasonal Halloween stores every October for hours on end like some people haunt garden shops in the Spring/Summer, don't you?
Yes, I can see you doing that......lolz

lol! That is freaky...
My favorite was being Dorothy when I was a kid. No one else could tell who I was, but I knew!

That is totally cool!! What about placing it in the foam for flower arrangements and spraying a shellac over it when completed? It may work... Enjoy your weekend!

My best costume was one I created for a party thirty-two years ago (I remember because I know how old my son was). I was Supermom. I had a sign on the back of my shirt that listed what I could do, such as "Wash a week's worth of laundry in a single load" and "Faster than a screaming toddler." Of course I had the big S on the front of my shirt. I wore my hair in a pony tail and tucked wooden spoons into the band on my hair. Was I ever really that young? I'm not sure. I don't have pictures to prove it. I wore a Flashdance style pink sweatshirt with a matching skirt and blue tights. I was so skinny!

Have fun.
We do really do Halloween here, though the stores are trying to get us excited. (For their benefit of course).

I think I might be to lazy to create this, though I think it is totally cool. Maybe you could make me one and send it to me? lol Let's see....I always dress up for my 2nd grade class and my most popular costumes were a crazy cat lady (awesomeness) and a mad scientist. Whenever you make your hair go nuts, your costume receives rave reviews....from children, that is.

When I was in my late 20's I had very long blonde hair. I curled it, wore pig ears, a pig nose held on with a ton of spirit gum and liquid latex. I had 2 inch thick black eyelashes and a tiara, evening dress and silver heels. I was a fantastic Miss Piggy, but TheHub would not go as kermit. I was no where near the best costume that night though. Lady Godiva rode through the house (ok it was a seriously big house) on a white horse, bare ass nekkid (that is Southern for naked) except for a wig that was about 6 feet long .

My husband and I were married on Halloween. He was dressed as Dracula and I was dressed as a tavern wench. We made a beautiful couple! ;) I have more Halloween decor than Christmas and just moved into a new (old) house and are looking forward to putting out our outside Halloween stuff. We didn't really have a good place for it when we lived in our townhouse. I usually do a "fancy" carved pumpkin every year. I may still do one this year, however time is going too fast. I did get some plastic mice and may hollow our a pumpkin and cut out some holes and put the mice in each of the holes - some with head coming out and some with tales (butts) facing out. Ranee (MN)

Ranee-I love the idea of the mice in the pumpkin. That is a very good idea. One I might have to steal. ;p
Thank you so much for popping over.
